Well, lesson learned. After taking 2 pills in a day, the following day I congratulate myself of going to the bathroom doing my duty. It wasn't until almost 8 hours later, I feel the need to go again. It wouldn't have been much of a problem, except:
- I was a work!
- my stomach was growling, rather silently
- I was giving gas, good thing it wasn't often!
- I couldn't sit still... you know, I rather like the undies and pant I was wearing.
- I hate using public bathroom; however, when you have to release yourself, do not wait nor hesitate.
Lets see how it work here on forward to week 2.
