8 days later

Rather on the 6th day, I decided to take 2 pills because it's working! 

Well, lesson learned.  After taking 2 pills in a day, the following day I congratulate myself of going to the bathroom doing my duty.    It wasn't until almost 8 hours later, I feel the need to go again.  It wouldn't have been much of a problem, except:
  • I was a work!  
  • my stomach was growling, rather silently
  • I was giving gas, good thing it wasn't often!
  • I couldn't sit still... you know, I rather like the undies and pant I was wearing.
  • I hate using public bathroom; however, when you have to release yourself, do not wait nor hesitate.
Good thing shortly after I left work!  Thank you FiberCon.
Lets see how it work here on forward to week 2.

Constipation

Happy Memorial Day!

I do not know since when, I've always had constipation problem.  I blame it as my number one dieting problem.  Normal toilet break is at least once a day, no more then 3 days.  2 or fewer time in a week is consider constipated; per WebMD

Today is the second day I am taking this pill: FiberCon; Fiber Therapy for Regularity. 
  • Gentle Enough for Everyday Use
  • Won't Ferment to Cause Gas or Bloating
  • As Effective as Fiber Powders

Directions:
  • take each dose of this product with at least 8 ounces (a full glass) of water or other fluid.  Taking this product without enough liquid may cause choking.  See choking warning.
  • FiberCon works naturally so continued use for one to three days is normally required to provide full benefit.  Dosage may vary according to diet, exercise, previous laxative use or severity of constipation.
Recommended dose for adults is 2 caplets once a day, up to 4 times max.
I am taking 1 caplets once a day.

Each caplet contains: 140 mg calcium and 10mg magnesium

Day 2

2 thin slice of grape toast bread at work before 9AM.
Felt a fist size rock in my throat today.  Work cafe happen to have chicken rice soup, I had that and some kind of bbq quesadilla  from the grill. Had leftover quesadilla, which will be my lunch tomorrow.
 Here comes the sweet lists.  1 20 oz of energy drink, I don't normally drink these stuff and that's why i have no clue what brand I had.  I was told if feeling sick, energy drink works better then cold medicine.  So far, its working well.  Throat still dries easily, but a whole lot better then this morning.  Also 20oz of root beer, it came w/ quesadilla... I couldn't help myself!

Today my manager gave me bonus amount!  I cannot wait for Friday paycheck!  It's also Memorial weekend, I have no plan so far.  I want to travel. 

Oh, I went to Harris Teeter (they were having specials) and bought 2 Breyer's ice cream for $5; had coupons which only cost me less then $4 after tax!

Day 1

I hit thirty... ... okay, that was months ago.
My body is changing, or rather NOT for the last decades.

If I do not do something, it will only get worst.  I am not obese, but neither am I on the healthy slim side.

I cannot say I tried all diet that's out there, because I did not.  I am one of those people who do not believe in spending money trying slimfast, weight watchers, or going to the gym.  After some thought, I see consistency:

- moderate eating habit
- intake on bad sugar (coke/candy/ice cream)
- more veggie, less fried food (Bojangle!!  yummy)
- keep a diary (here I am, blogging)

Had my annual check up last month and the result is, I am healthy.  Needs to watch my cholesterol intake and increase Vit. D2 1.25 MG (50,000 unit) once a week.
First pill: Saturday, May 22
next pill: Saturday, May 29 (remember that!)

okay, so why am I writing this blog?  It's very simple: 1. to keep a diary; 2. to see if anyone comment; 3. to keep track of what I do... oh way, that is what keeping a diary is.  3. to save money on weight watchers and other programs. 4. I know myself, let's see if self motivation will make me healthier on my own pace.
